Training Concept

In Allure Africa, competence development is crucial to its operations to enable the company to continue to live its core values. The company has a robust and comprehensive in-service training program for all technical & professional staff.

New staffs that are recruited (regardless of background and experience level) will go through series of capacity – building sessions and training programs before their first contact with the client to ensure standards and standardization a core principle of the organization.
