Our Structure
Allure Africa, the parent company, is the
backbone behind its subsidiaries; it is governed by a Board of
Directors who guide and direct the Chief Executive Officer to
oversee the strategic and technical direction, global business
development, and is the chief custodian of the brands of the group.
The Chief Operating Officer oversees the day to day
operations of
the companies together with the Management team made up of Business
Managers who head each subsidiary company and Senior Managers, who
head the functional Units of the group, are responsible for smooth
back office operations to support all the companies within the
group.
