Recruitment Procedure

Allure Africa Limited understands that the right caliber of staff is the most important factor in determining our success. Our goal is to recruit the “right staff” at all levels that have the potential and will go the extra mile to achieve or even exceed set goals, take ownership and love our culture.

As our policy we offer equal employment opportunities to everyone irrespective of sex, religion, origin, race or colour.

a.) Executive Search:
For difficult-to-fill positions where absolute discretion is required, or when an exact skill-set must be found, then retained search method is applied. By this approach, recruitment is focused in a dedicated manner, to discover not just the best of the people who are currently available in the job-market, but the best person in the relevant field altogether.

b.) Advertised Selection:
If we have several positions to fill, or we are looking for people with different background then we advertise for these positions in the various news papers and at our web site.

c.) Database Search:
Our database is a list of hopeful applicants who have sent uninvited CV’s. They have been sourced from referrals, recommendation or previous advertising campaigns. Some of these successful individuals are also short listed and invited for interviews as and when the vacancies occurred.

Selection Method.
The application /CVs of the Technical Staff such as Therapists and Technicians are screened as the first step and selected candidates have to audition for the relevant position. Thereafter, successful candidates are invited for the final face to face interview.

For all other positions, after preliminary screening of the applications/ CV’s, candidates are invited for the various levels of interviews which is normally face to face.
