Position Criteria - Management

Management Professional

Management professionals in Allure Africa Limited work within our operational and functional units in the following areas

  • Business Unit Operations

  • Sales and Marketing

  • Human Assets

  • Finance

  • Business Support Services

  • ICT

All Managers require a minimum of a First Degree or its equivalent Professional qualification in Management, Marketing and or Finance with a minimum of 5 years experience. Hospitality Background (4 star and above hotel) is an added benefit.
These managers must have strong managerial and analytical skills.
Experience in the Spa industry is not required
